- Provide you with estimates, resources, or a consultation as requested.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations (including California Financial Code and federal HECM requirements).
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third-party marketers. The only third-party service that receives your submission data is Formspree (our form processing provider), which delivers your message to our email inbox and does not retain or use your data independently.

- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information.

If you submitted your phone number through our website and do not wish to be contacted, call us at (925) 287-9697 or write to us and we will remove you from our contact list within 10 business days.

We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months for the purpose of follow-up and regulatory compliance. After that period, submissions are deleted from our systems.
6. Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics, our analytics provider, does not use cookies at all.
